This Privacy Policy explains how Red Hill, operating the Epidemique label, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in connection with its mobile games, related services, and support interactions that link to this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games published under the Epidemique label, including games distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, as well as related services and support interactions that link to this Privacy Policy.

Our games are not specifically directed to children. They are intended for a general audience, even where a platform age rating such as 9+ may apply.

We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

We collect the following categories of data only when necessary to operate the game, provide leaderboard features, support in-app purchases, display advertising, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

A. Leaderboard and gameplay data

To operate leaderboard-related features, we may collect:

• player nickname;
• a game-specific player identifier;
• a game installation identifier, if the app provides one;
• scores submitted to leaderboards;
• leaderboard participation data, such as rank, rewards, and league movement;
• technical activity data related to gameplay sessions;
• Internet Protocol (IP) address;
• timestamps for registration, gameplay activity, leaderboard activity, and reward claims.

B. Advertising data

Some of our games may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob.

Depending on the platform, app configuration, device settings, user choices, and applicable law, advertising-related technologies may process certain data such as device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and performance-related information in order to serve advertisements, measure performance, limit fraud, and maintain advertising services.

Support communications may be retained for as long as necessary to process and respond to the request and maintain an appropriate support record.

When data is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymize it, or securely store it only where continued retention is required by law or justified by legitimate operational needs.

• the name of the game;
• your player nickname;
• your game-specific player identifier, if available;
• your game installation identifier, if available;
• any other information that helps us locate your data.

We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify the request before acting on it. Some data may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

Our games may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies and terms, including:

• Google AdMob;
• Apple App Store;
• Google Play.
